Ich bin kein Guru. Ich bin nicht erleuchtet und bezeichne mich auch nicht als erwacht. Meine Wahrheit beruht auf einer Auseinandersetzung mit Wahrheit, Weisheit, Erkenntnis, Bewusstsein und mir selbst. Anders als die meisten Lehrer und Meister bin ich keiner religiösen oder spirituellen Lehre gefolgt, sondern einem Weg, der mich12 Jahre lang in die entlegensten Winkel der Erde geführt hat, auf dem ich die größten Meister und Lehrer in den einfachsten Menschen gefunden habe. Und so am Ende erkannt habe, dass der größte Meister und Lehrer der war, der sich dieser Reise, diesem Weg hingegeben hat.

I am not a guru. I am not enlightened and do not call myself awakened. My truth is based on a confrontation with truth, wisdom, knowledge, consciousness and myself. Unlike most teachers and masters, I did not follow any religious or spiritual teaching, but rather a path that took me to the most remote corners of the earth for 12 years, on which I found the greatest masters and teachers in the simplest people. And so in the end I realized that the greatest master and teacher was the one who dedicated himself to this journey. this path.

Ich war 20 Jahre psychotherapeutisch tätig in eigener Praxis mit angeschlossenem Seminarhaus. Meine Arbeitsweise basierte auf Wissen und Erfahrungen im Bereich körperorientierter Psychotherapie, systemischer Aufstellungsarbeit, den Archetypen der Seele nach Dr. Varda Hasselmann und Frank Schmolke, Reinkarnationstherapie und Rebirthing, gepaart mit hoher Sensitivität, Intuition und Inspiration. Ich habe dies alles für mich in Deutschland beendet und auch dort zurückgelassen. Jedoch. Das Wissen und die Erfahrung über tief in der Psyche abgelegte Muster und Konditionierungen hat sich wie in meine Zellen imprägniert und ist für Andere wahrnehmbar. So wurde ich hier um Aufstellungen und psychologische Begleitungen gebeten. Nun habe ich mich entschlossen, ausschließlich auf Nachfrage ein kleines Programm mit aufdeckenden Methoden anzubieten.
Dazu zählen Aufstellungen (online und live), psychologische Coachings (online und live) und die 5-tägige kleine Metamorphose, hier auf der Finca Holawa.
Neben unserer Arbeit und unseren Angeboten hier in Panama bin ich seit April 2025 aus Freude unternehmerisch tätig. Ich begleite, wie oben beschrieben, nur noch auf Nachfrage Menschen in offenen persönlichen Prozessen oder biete so etwas wie Coaching an. Was ich teile, ist Orientierung. Was ich anbiete, ist eine Business-Partnerschaft.
Menschen finden zu mir, weil sie spüren, dass sie innerlich an einem Punkt stehen, an dem bloßes Nachdenken nicht mehr reicht.
Sie wissen, dass ein Schritt nötig ist – nicht irgendeiner, sondern ein bewusster.
Eine Zusammenarbeit beginnt dort, wo Entscheidung und Verantwortung zusammenkommen. Business ist dabei kein Zusatz,
sondern der Rahmen, in dem Klarheit, Ausrichtung und Umsetzung möglich werden.
Nach dem Kontakt berichten viele, dass sie innerlich aufgeräumter sind, klarer sehen und entschlossener handeln. Nicht, weil ihnen etwas abgenommen wird – sondern weil Ordnung entsteht.

In addition to our work and our offers here in Panama, I have been doing business for the joy of it since April 2025. As described above, I only accompany people in open personal processes or offer something like coaching upon request. What I share is guidance. What I offer is a business partnership.
